ART GALLERIES

New Orleans is bustling with artists and art galleries, making for a wide breadth of artistic styles and themes, regardless of medium. In addition, The Big Easy has world-class galleries and other unique galleries that represent some of the country’s most talented artists.

Many of the art galleries in New Orleans are located in the Warehouse District which is between the Central Business District and the Lower Garden District, all the way uptown along Magazine Street.  On the first Saturday of each month these galleries open their doors in the evening for late night exhibitions. Below are some of the most popular galleries in town.
